Open House, Center School
Friday May 30, 2025
The early elementary years are a critical time in a child's education—a time when curiosity blooms, confidence begins to build, and the right support can make all the difference. That's why we're excited to welcome families to our upcoming Open House for students entering grades 1–3. At this stage, children are laying the groundwork for lifelong learning. When students are supported early, they are more likely to develop strong academic habits, positive self-esteem, and a lasting love for school. Our program is designed to recognize the potential in every child and provide a small group environment where young learners can thrive socially and academically. During our Open House, families will: Meet our passionate teachers. Explore our welcoming classrooms. Learn how our personalized approach supports early learners. Discover how we build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving. Whether your child is just beginning their school journey or you're seeking a school community that prioritizes meaningful support and connection, we invite you to see how we help young students grow with confidence and joy. The earlier the support, the stronger the start. We can't wait to show you what's possible. Register today! We look forward to seeing you on May 30th. Master detective Hercule Poirot has just retired and is hoping for some peace and quiet in a bucolic small town where no one knows who he is. Fate would have it otherwise. His new neighbor, Sir Roger Ackroyd, appears to have been a man who knew too much. Ackroyd knew that the woman he loved poisoned her first husband. He knew she was being blackmailed – and now he knows she is dead. But just before he learns the identity of the mystery blackmailer, he too collapses dead – stabbed through the neck in his own study. Whodunnit? Surely the funny new neighbor, Poirot, can figure it out.

Hair, Music Mountain Theater
Friday May 30, 2025
Let the sunshine in! The American tribal love rock musical HAIR celebrates the sixties counterculture in all its barefoot, long-haired, bell-bottomed, beaded and fringed glory. To an infectiously energetic rock beat, the show wows audiences with songs like "Aquarius," "Good Morning, Starshine," "Hair," "I Got Life" and "Let The Sunshine In." Exploring ideas of identity, community, global responsibility and peace, HAIR remains relevant as ever as it examines what it means to be a young person in a changing world. ? Content Warning: This production contains mature subject matter, including themes related to substance use, strong language, suggestive material, and brief, non-explicit disrobing. It reflects the expressive and rebellious spirit of the 1960s. Viewer discretion is advised.
