Shady Brook Farm, one of the last working farms in Bucks County is an enterprise growing acres of fruits & veggies, boasting a large Farm Market & Garden Center, and is well known for its seasonal events. The Farm Market is open all year and stocks farm grown produce, has a Deli, sells milk in glass bottles, gourmet cheese, specialty foods and more! The Market is also home to Uncle Dave’s Homemade Ice Cream and sells locally made Rose Bank Wines. The huge Nursery & Garden Center is the best place to find a wide variety of high quality plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, stone, garden tools, bird seed, and more. The expert staff is always happy to help customers find just what they’re looking for. Shady Brook grows PYO crops like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, peaches, apples and pumpkins.
Snipes Farm and Education Center
Make eating to be more exciting and healthy in 2021! By joining the Snipes Farm CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program you enjoy fresh, delicious food from June-November, get to know your farmers and meet the hens laying your eggs. A “Market Share” allows you to purchase the produce of your choice using a prepaid card with a value that best suits your needs between $200-700. With a “Traditional Share” our farmers choose your 8-10 veggie and fruit items each week. Pick-up Thursday from 3-7pm at Snipes Farm or on Saturday mornings at the Yardley Farmer’s Market. Your membership supports our charitable nonprofit work growing food for families in need and providing camp scholarships to local children.
