Experience how being outdoors can decrease stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being, all while supporting physical fitness. The visual connection with nature, the presence of water, dynamic and diffuse lighting, and spatial patterns support a natural sense of refuge, mystery, or awe that we all need.
