Set against the picturesque backdrop of Buttonwood Park, free live outdoor music concerts offer a diverse array of performances that cater to all tastes and ages. We’re bringing a taste of the Philadelphia Folk Festival to Yardley with two duos sharing the stage in a round-robin of original songs and covers. Max Davey is a musician from Philadelphia who shares her personal story through indie folk music, and invites listeners to pause, reflect, and celebrate the beauty of life’s journey. Emily Drinker has played the main stage at the Folk Fest, as well as opening for legendary performers such as Pat Benatar, Rufus Wainwright and JD Souther. She’s an award-winning singer-songwriter from Philadelphia, and with her partner, Josh Steingard, has been traveling the world as cruise-ship musicians for Virgin Cruises. The event is BYO chair and beverages, with fun for all!
