Before you know it, our Blackcap Chickadees, Wrens, Bluebirds (tho almost already housed ) Woodpeckers, Nuthatches , Tree swallows , Barred owls and even our tropical birds that come up during migration will be using some sort of house for their clutch. My favorite is the Flycatchers that are cavity dwellers later this spring.
Open them up, brush out the old home, dip the house in a 10-1 water to bleach solution , let them dry out and hang them back up . Do you need helps? Just ask !
