Join us every Saturday with live music on South Hamilton Street from 8am to 1pm though November 21st (except September 12th for ArtsFest) with monthly events and kid's crafts. Now celebrating its 12th season, McConkey’s Market attracts thousands of shoppers to its eclectic mix of nearly 100 vendors who sell artisan crafts, up-cycled items, handmade jewelry, original art and photography, pottery, vintage clothing, reclaimed furniture, and collectibles. The market also features live music and several food vendors. McConkey’s Market takes its name from the park’s McConkey Ferry Inn, parts of which date back to 1750. The building represents a typical country inn or tavern of the Revolutionary era. Tradition has it that George Washington ate at the inn prior to his crossing of the Delaware River. An Evening with Tom Rush, Newtown Theatre

The historic Newtown Theatre will present “An Evening with Tom Rush” on Saturday, June 13 at 8:00 p.m. Now celebrating 54+ years of touring, Rush’s impact on the American music scene has been profound. He helped shape the folk revival in the ’60s and the renaissance of the ’80s and ’90s, his music having left its stamp on generations of artists. As vital and engaging as ever, Rush is still doing what audiences love him for: writing and playing …passionately, tenderly…knitting together the musical traditions and talents of our times. He’s also celebrating a YouTube hit, The Remember Song, for his generation that’s gone viral with over 7 million views. Tickets for this concert are available at TheNewtownTheatre.com for $45 per person or $40 for theatre members. Any remaining tickets will be sold for $55 at the door on the night of the show (if available). All seating is general admission. Beer, wine, and canned cocktails will be available for purchase at the theatre before and during the show. The theatre is located at 120 N. State Street in Newtown Borough.
