Spend Summer at George School
George School Sports Camps help young athletes improve their skills and gain confidence while having fun. Our robust line-up of programs includes basketball, equestrian, football, soccer, tennis, and track and field. Our goal is to educate athletes of all skill levels and give them the tools to be successful in their sport, and of course, have fun! Our coaching staff have experience as college athletes and/or as coaches at the high school or collegiate level.

The Youth Orchestra of Bucks County is now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 season. Students that play a string, brass, woodwind, or percussion instrument can audition by submitting a pre-recorded video audition. Details about audition guidelines can be found at yobc.org. Alpha Bravo Canine of Newtown is looking for Puppy Raisers!
Become part of the Alpha Bravo Canine team and apply to become a Puppy Raiser. Puppy Raisers will experience the joy of receiving puppy love and kisses while helping a puppy through Alpha Bravo Canine's training process. The process includes weekly training classes and follow through with homework. Puppy Raisers will teach basic obedience as well as service dog tasks, all with the FULL support of a training team. No experience is necessary and all dog expenses are paid by Alpha Bravo Canine. Service dogs in training will live in the puppy raising home for up to 18 months.

Bucks County Community College Launches Summer Bridge Program
Bucks County Community College is launching a new Summer Bridge Program, which is designed to ease and support the transition to college by providing students with the academic skills and social resources needed to succeed in the college environment. 6/12 - Garden Tour 2021, Old Mill Hill Society
Mill Hill, a historic neighborhood in Trenton, announces its 30th Annual Garden Tour, taking place on June 12th from 12-5 pm, rain or shine. The tour is run and organized by the Old Mill Hill Society and the residents of the Mill Hill community.
The neighborhood, composed primarily of 19th century row houses, welcomes guests in person to experience this memorable self-guided walking tour. The self sustainable SLNC Earthship will be open to the public today from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm with tours. Stop by to visit and learn about these interesting, sustainable structures! 6/20 - NBA’s Newtown Father’s Day Car Cruise
The Newtown Business Association will again host an Antique & Classic Car Cruise on Sunday afternoon, June 20th, kicking off at 2:00 pm and featuring a caravan of classic and antique cars and trucks, model years up through 1996, through the streets of Newtown Borough and Township.
Vehicles will assemble at a staging area, where a panel of judges will award winners of “Best in Class” in 5 categories: Pre-1959, 1960-1969, 1970-1979, 1980-1996, Foreign cars up through 1996, and Special Interest through 1996 (as approved by the event chairs.) After judging is complete, at approximately 2:00 pm, participating cars and trucks will “take the show to the people” in downtown Newtown and through a few larger neighborhoods nearby. 6/22 - Grundy Walking Club
Join us for a one mile walk through historic Bristol Borough on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Participants can enter for a chance to win a Dick's Sporting Goods gift card. Open to ages 18-plus. Due to ongoing construction on the immediate Grundy Library property, the walk will begin and end from the Library's parking lot located at the corner of Dorrance and Radcliffe Streets; access to the lot is made via Dorrance Street. 6/26 - Takeout Lunch Grundy Museum Event
Grundy Foundation Executive and Museum Director, Mr. Gene Williams, and Museum Staff are happy to announce the Museum's June 26 Takeout Lunch designed to welcome guests back to the Museum and its grounds, and to serve as a fundraiser for the 2021 Can Do More Campaign to conserve, reproduce, exhibit, and store treasured and original Grundy family textiles. Reservations for our boxed Takeout Lunch packages can be purchased online through TicketLeap. Offered are two adult choices at $30 each created by the King George II Inn, Chef Sue Duffy Arroyo, and the Golden Eagle Diner, and two $15 children's options. Curbside pick-up times are 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. The river-level Grundy Park will be open for picnicking. Guests may bring a blanket or chair to enjoy their Takeout Lunch on the banks of the Delaware.
