Save the Date for the NBA’s Father’s Day Car Cruise on Saturday, June 20th
The Newtown Business Association is bringing the Antique & Classic Car Cruise to the people again this year on Saturday afternoon, June 20th in the form of a caravan of classic and antique cars and trucks, model years up through 1996, in Newtown Borough and Township. This event should be a welcome diversion during this seemingly endless time of limited gathering and social distancing and will allow people to watch the parade of “Cool Cars” from the comfort and safety of their front lawns In previous years, the NBA held the Classic & Antique Car Show was typically held on State Street in Newtown Borough. www.NewtownBA.org

March Dates Now Available For L.E.A.F.F. After School Adventure at Snipes Farm
The Snipes Farm March after school program will take place the first three Tuesdays and Wednesdays of the month from 3:30-5:30pm. Each session may include time with barnyard animals, exploring the farm or playing games. There may be hands-on animals, greenhouse or woodlands tasks. Themes will add touch stones: Week 1: Sensational Seeds- finding seeds, planting others and learning about their sprouting growing ways even in our kitchens! Week 2: Amazing Adaptations- learn how birds, mammals and bees have made it through the winter -who, where and how! Cooking Cultures of Southeastern Pennsylvania for Adults - Virtual
In each virtual session, we will discuss the historic and cultural significance of the food we are preparing, we will demonstrate some recipes, and prepare some foods together. While dishes are cooking, we will continue discussions, questions & answers and share photos and artifacts. Shopping lists will be provided in advance so that you can cook along with us! Classes are on Wednesday afternoons 2-3:30 pm on Mar 3, 10, 17, 24th.

Wrightstown Farmers Market Winter Schedule

Kids Farm Outdoor Cooking Series at Snipes Farm
Come to the farm during the first three Fridays in March from 10am-2pm to explore farm cooking. We'll harvest fresh veggies from the greenhouse, collect eggs from the chickens, use storage crops and fresh herbs to make yummy recipes. We'll use math to measure and learn about the science of cooking! We may do campfire cooking for an extra special treat. Please bring your own mess kit with plate, fork, and spoon to practice sustainable behavior. As always, we will have plenty of time for nature games, hikes and visiting the animals! The Tooth Fairy has partnered with HealthLink Dental Clinic to create the Tooth Fairy Fan Club. Members receive an emailed video (with 1 of 4 available messages) and a mailed care package including a personalized letter, autographed photo, tooth brush, activity sheets, and more! With spring not too far off, Bristol's Grundy Museum proudly announces the resumption of tours in April. Two types are offered, and both follow current CV19 guidelines.

Grundy Museum To Resume Tours in April
The first are free, docent-led public tours offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays beginning April 6. Tour check in is at the Museum front entrance at 1:30 PM, andtours are an hour in length. Featured is a first-hand look at the fully restored interior. Tours also explore restored Grundy family collections and new period pieces circa 1885, while new information about both the Grundy family and its domestic staff is shared. Reservations are required and can be made online through TicketLeap (www.ticketleap.com). Through the Lens: Modern Photography in the Delaware Valley at The Michener Art Museum
Through the Lens explores nearly 70 years of artistic experimentations with photographic processes and subject matter by artists in the Delaware Valley region. Considered through the lenses of Form & Figuration, Landscape, Community, and Social Activism, approximately 100 photographs demonstrate a diversity of styles and approaches. With work ranging from carefully hand-painted, bucolic landscapes to decisive snapshots taken on the street, Through the Lens highlights distinctive work in the Michener’s photography collection, including many that have never before been on view.

27th Annual New Hope Outdoor Arts and Crafts Festival
It is with great excitement that the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce we have received approval to move forward with the 2021 27th Annual (again) New Hope Outdoor Arts and Crafts Festival at our same location of the New Hope Solebury High School grounds. Housed in a spacious indoor area in the Village Courtyard, the colorful display will include more than 70 creations of wall art, dioramas, and sculpture, all prominently featuring the popular Pennsylvania-made bunnies, chicks, and other candies. 3/25 - Trivia on Tap Virtual Fundraiser for Newtown’s Potential Inc.
