The Grundy Museum has designed and decorated a tree at the 12th Annual Holiday TreeFest!
The staff and volunteers of the Grundy Museum invite the public to view the Museum's holiday tree entry at the Bucks County Visitor Center's 12th Annual Holiday TreeFest, continuing through January 4, 2108 at the Center's 3207 Street Road, Bensalem location. The Museum's Happy Hol-EWE-day tree displays ornaments handmade by Museum staff and the Grundy Library knitting and crocheting group. Ornaments include yarn & clothespin sheep, balls of yarn with knitting needles, hand knitted baskets of yarn, miscellaneous knitted ornaments, cross stitch sheep, and a crocheted garland containing sheep that were made on the Grundy Library's 3-D printer.
Viewed by over 6,000 people in 2016, the festival showcases 25 uniquely-themed trees decorated by various Bucks County attractions, businesses, and non-profits which transforms the Center's interior space into a sparkling world of wonder. While enjoying TreeFest, the public has the opportunity to cast a vote for their favorite tree and enjoy various musical entertainments and children's activities.
