This September 6th & 7th, the Doylestown Arts Festival returns for its 34th anniversary! Featuring a diverse selection of over 160 independent artists, live music on 5 stages, demonstrations, and activities for all ages, this is not a weekend to miss. The festival will run from 10am-5pm Saturday through Sunday and is free to the public. The festival is held rain or shine. Strolling for Service Dogs~Dog Walk Fundraiser

Welcome to the 4th annual Strolling for Service Dogs dog walk fundraiser to benefit Alpha Bravo Canine being hosted by The Birthday Lawn Bandit and platinum sponsors Tail Waggers Academy and Fearless Restaurants. It’s Alpha Bravo Canine’s 10th year Anniversary! The Dog Walk is being held at Garden of Reflection 9/11 Memorial Park 1950 Woodside Rd Yardley, Pa 19067 from 11-3.

Alpha Bravo Canine ™ is a registered 501(c)3 organization that raises, trains and donates service dogs to disabled veterans suffering from PTS, TBI and other combat related disabilities. We also offer full lifetime support to all of our veteran and service dog teams.

Come join us for a fun day out with your dog while supporting a local nonprofit organization and give back to our local veterans in need of a service dog. Each paid registration will receive a swag bag~ including a T-shirt and dog bandanna along with any sponsor give aways~Guaranteed to the first 200 registrations. Food and local vendors selling their amazing products will also have tables. Kids games, face-painting and more. Plenty of raffles to choose from and all raffles being called at 2Pm. We have the absolutely best raffles! All dogs attending must be human and dog friendly dogs. If you don’t have a dog to walk we will provide a stuffed pooch to you if you would like OR just come and grab some raffle tickets and enjoy the day with us while supporting our mission.

They both find joy, however, in the romantic letters exchanged with anonymous pen pals they discovered through a “lonely hearts ad.” Little do they know, they are actually writing to each other! Based on the classic film “The Shop Around the Corner,” She Loves Me is a delightful musical that celebrates one of the most enchanting love stories ever told.

Dust off your cowboy boots, throw on your hat and get ready to dance the night away. Whether you are a seasoned pro or a beginner, you will surely have a good time. 9th Annual Newtown Black & White Dinner

Tickets are now on sale for the 9th annual Newtown Black & White Dinner. This year’s event is being held on Saturday, September 6. All proceeds from this event benefit the historic Newtown Theatre.

During the event, up to 1,000 black-and-white clad diners will gather on Newtown Borough’s closed-down North State Street for a one-of-a-kind alfresco picnic held in the middle of the street. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. when diners arrive to find tables draped in white linens stretching hundreds of feet down the street. Guests can mingle, decorate their tables, and enjoy live music prior to dinner, which begins at 6:30 p.m.

Flemington Car Show

The Flemington Car Shows run on Saturdays (check schedule for dates and locations) all Summer long offering the community a source of fun free family entertainment. Each show, hundreds of some of the best classic cars on the East Coast come out to Flemington. The shows are free to the public, and car owners. Live Performances are given by local talented musicians at each show in two areas, complimented by DJ Chuck Leonard spinning classic tunes. Trophies earned by the best cars & door prizes raffled to everyone. Several kids activities like face painting, magic, and balloon sculptures are offered.

A Night of Dueling Pianos, Newtown Theatre

A Night of Dueling Pianos returns on Saturday, September 6, after the Newtown Black & White Dinner fundraiser at the theatre. Dueling Pianos tickets must be purchased separately from Black & White Dinner tickets, and the show is limited to 260 guests. This show features local husband and wife pianists Steve and Jennifer Luhmann. Their high-energy show will include sing-along classics that will have the you clapping, singing, and partying along.
