Fright Lines Open Mic @Doylestown Bookshop

This October, the shadows come alive and the mic goes cold. Fright Lines invites writers, poets, and fearless fans of the macabre to a horror open mic night celebrating the terrifying, the twisted, and the uncanny. Visit Doylestown Bookshop on Friday, October 24, to share original horror-themed works or simply hang out and enjoy the nightmares. Glow Night Hike 2025, Churchville Nature Center

Join us for our Glow Night Hike on Friday, October 24th from 7-9pm! Using blacklights, our educators will search the trails for things that fluoresce under UV light. Afterwards, enjoy a toasted marshmallow around the campfire. We have a limited number of blacklights, so guests are welcome to bring their own. Tickets are $3 for members and $5 for non-members. Registration is required!

Oct 10 - Nov 2 The Playhouse’s October tradition returns! “Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show!” A musical that inspired the 1975 classic cult film, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” follows innocent couple Brad and Janet as they seek shelter at a mysterious old castle on a dark and stormy night, where they encounter transvestite Dr. Frank ‘N’ Furter, his “perfect” creation Rocky, and an assortment of other crazy creatures. Given the nature of the subject matter, we recommend audiences no youger than 17.
