Dover, NJ – September 2025 – The Dover Free Public Library is excited to announce the return of several Children and Teen programs for the upcoming school year:

• Afterschool Snack Time - Monday-Friday from 3:00-4:30 PM - Available to students grades K-12. No registration required.

• Preschool Storytime with Miss Beverly - Wednesdays from 10:30-11:15 AM - Available to children ages 1-5 years along with their parent/guardian. No registration required.

• Bilingual Storytime with Miss Anabella - Fridays from 11:00-11:45 AM - Available to children ages 1-5 years along with their parent/guardian. Registration is required using the following form: https://tinyurl.com/4zh3br4t 

• Chess Club - Mondays from 4:00-5:00PM - Available to students grades 2-12. No registration required.

• Lego Club - Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00PM - Available to all ages. No registration required.

• Monday Night Movie Club - September 29th beginning at 5:30 PM. We will be showing Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (Rated PG-13). Available to all ages. No registration required.

We will also be hosting the Read to a Dog Program again this year. The monthly program will allow students grades K-6 to practice their reading skills by reading to Maggie the therapy dog. No registration is required, but participants will sign up for a 10-minute reading session upon arriving at the library. The program is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 8th from 4:00-5:00PM.

In addition to the above programs are two new programs:

• Gaming Club- Fridays from 4:00-5:00PM - Available to students grades 7-12. No registration required.

• Art Club with Miss Millie - Thursdays from 4:00-5:00 PM - Available to students grades K-6. No registration required.

La Biblioteca Pública de Dover Celebra Regreso a Clase y Programación de Adolescentes

Dover, NJ - Septiembre 2025 - La Biblioteca Pública de Dover se complace en anunciar el regreso de varios programas de Niños y Adolescentes para este año escolar.

• La Merienda después de Escuela - Lunes - Viernes de 3:00 - 4:30 PM - Disponible a todos los estudiantes de K-12. No registración requerida.

• Cuento Preescolar con Miss Beverly - Miércoles de 10:30 AM- 11:15 AM - Disponible a niños de 1-5 años acompañados de sus padres/guardianes. No registración requerida.

• Cuento Bilingüe con Miss Anabella - Viernes de 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM - Disponible a niños de 1-5 años acompañados de sus padres/guardianes. Registración es requerida usando el siguiente enlace: https://tinyurl.com/4zh3br4t 

• Club de Ajedrez - Lunes de 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Disponible a estudiantes de grados 2-12. No Registración requerida

• Club de Lego - Martes de 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Disponible a todas las edades. No registración requerida.

• Lunes Noche de Película - Septiembre 29 empezando a las 5:30 PM. Estaremos mostrando Calabozos y Dragones: Honor Entre Ladrones (Clasificado PG -13). Disponible a todas las edades. No registración requerida.

También estaremos albergando el programa de Leerle a un Perro otra vez este año. Este programa mensual permitirá a los alumnos de grados K-6 practicar sus habilidades de lectura a Maggie, el perro terapéutico. La registración es requerida, pero los participantes tendrán que apuntarse a una sesión de 10 minutos al llegar a la biblioteca. El programa inicia Miércoles, Octubre 8 de 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Adicionalmente de los programas antes mencionados tenemos two programas nuevos:

• Club de Juegos - Viernes de 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Disponibles a estudiantes de grados 7-12. No se requiere registración.

• Club de Arte con Miss Millie - Jueves de 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Disponible a estudiantes de grados 7-12. No se requiere registración
