Doylestown Arts Festival

This September 6th & 7th, the Doylestown Arts Festival returns for its 34th anniversary! Featuring a diverse selection of over 160 independent artists, live music on 5 stages, demonstrations, and activities for all ages, this is not a weekend to miss. The festival will run from 10am-5pm Saturday through Sunday and is free to the public. The festival is held rain or shine. Strolling for Service Dogs~Dog Walk Fundraiser

Welcome to the 4th annual Strolling for Service Dogs dog walk fundraiser to benefit Alpha Bravo Canine being hosted by The Birthday Lawn Bandit and platinum sponsors Tail Waggers Academy and Fearless Restaurants. It’s Alpha Bravo Canine’s 10th year Anniversary! The Dog Walk is being held at Garden of Reflection 9/11 Memorial Park 1950 Woodside Rd Yardley, Pa 19067 from 11-3. Alpha Bravo Canine ™ is a registered 501(c)3 organization that raises, trains and donates service dogs to disabled veterans suffering from PTS, TBI and other combat related disabilities. We also offer full lifetime support to all of our veteran and service dog teams. Come join us for a fun day out with your dog while supporting a local nonprofit organization and give back to our local veterans in need of a service dog. Each paid registration will receive a swag bag~ including a T-shirt and dog bandanna along with any sponsor give aways~Guaranteed to the first 200 registrations. Food and local vendors selling their amazing products will also have tables. Kids games, face-painting and more. Plenty of raffles to choose from and all raffles being called at 2Pm. We have the absolutely best raffles! All dogs attending must be human and dog friendly dogs. If you don’t have a dog to walk we will provide a stuffed pooch to you if you would like OR just come and grab some raffle tickets and enjoy the day with us while supporting our mission.

9th Annual Newtown Black & White Dinner

Tickets are now on sale for the 9th annual Newtown Black & White Dinner. This year’s event is being held on Saturday, September 6. All proceeds from this event benefit the historic Newtown Theatre. During the event, up to 1,000 black-and-white clad diners will gather on Newtown Borough’s closed-down North State Street for a one-of-a-kind alfresco picnic held in the middle of the street. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. when diners arrive to find tables draped in white linens stretching hundreds of feet down the street. Guests can mingle, decorate their tables, and enjoy live music prior to dinner, which begins at 6:30 p.m.
