Makefield Highlands Golf Club, 1418 Woodside Rd, Yardley, PA, 19067 Back once again, join us for the 4th running of the Lower Makefield Township "Race the Course 5K & 10K" on Saturday, March 14th. This year just in time for St. Patty's Day. This event is open to all individuals and supports Lower Makefield Parks and Recreation in their continued goal to improve disability access to township parks for all individuals. Unique about this event, it is run on the cart paths of the Makefield Highlands Golf Club in Yardley, PA. This is very special as most golf courses never allow runners or walkers on the course. If you have never played golf there, Makefield Highlands is a beautiful property residing on the former Pleasant Valley Estate Farm with history traced to the early eighteenth century.
All paying participants registered by March 1st will receive a custom designed Race the Course shirt in their preferred size and the first 200 paid registrations will also receive a custom designed Race the Course medal. Shirts are not guaranteed for those registering after March 1st. We will have a limited number of extra shirts while supplies last. We encourage everyone to wear St. Patrick's Day themed attire.
