Autumn Night Hike 2025, Churchville Nature Center

Join us for our Autumn Night Hike on Friday, November 7th from 7-9 pm! Come see the changes of the seasons and learn about nature's adaptations to autumn on a night hike on our trails led by our educator Chris. Afterwards, enjoy toasted marshmallows around the campfire. Admission is $3 for CNC members and $5 for non-members. Registration is required!

Stuart Upper School Fall Play: Peter and the Starcatcher

When a precocious young Starcatcher-in-training named Molly discovers that a mysterious trunk contains powerful starstuff, she and the orphans must race to keep it out of the fearsome Black Stache's hands. Featuring a dozen actors portraying more than 100 unforgettable characters, the production playfully explores the depths of greed and despair, and the bonds of friendship, duty, and love—all brought to life through ingenious stagecraft and boundless imagination. "Shrek the Musical" is a vibrant and comedic adaptation of the beloved animated film. The story follows Shrek, a grumpy ogre who values his solitude in a swamp. His life is turned upside down when fairy tale creatures are banished to his home by the evil Lord Farquaad. To reclaim his swamp, Shrek makes a deal with Farquaad: he will rescue Princess Fiona, who is locked in a tower, in exchange for the return of his peaceful life.
