Kick off the season with creativity, flavor, and festive spirit at the Holiday Artisan Market at Grounds For Sculpture, featuring more than 50 local artisans offering handcrafted jewelry, pottery, woodworking, original art, skincare, gourmet treats, and more. Enjoy seasonal bites and beverages by Constellation Culinary Group in the Auditorium, then explore 42 acres of art-filled gardens and galleries — and complete your day with a meal at Rat's Restaurant, where the cuisine is as artful as the surroundings. Corn Picking & Thanksgiving Hayrides, Howell Living History Farm

Bring a non-perishable food item for our donation wagon to earn a ride on one of our hay wagons! Hayrides will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; tickets are free and will be distributed in the barnyard on a first-come, first-served basis. Canned and boxed food donations will be collected at the visitor center—as well as new, unopened toys for Toys for Tots—to support the community this holiday season.

The Nutcracker, American Repertory Ballet @McCarter Theatre

1 and 6pm A tradition for sixty years, American Repertory Ballet’s THE NUTCRACKER is one of the longest continuously running productions in the nation and a perfect holiday treat for all ages! With thrilling choreography set to Tchaikovsky’s magnificent score, ARB’s professional company will be joined by students from Princeton Ballet School to tell the story of Clara, a young girl who receives a magical Christmas gift and embarks on an enchanted journey. The Nutcracker holds a special place in the hearts of both new and longtime patrons, becoming synonymous with the holiday season. Performances will take place from Friday, November 28 through Sunday, December 21, 2025 in Princeton, Red Bank, and New Brunswick.
