                            |   Pop Up Art Show in Newtown October 7-16thArt at Kings Oaks, a unique pop-up art show in Bucks County, will return this fall for the fourth year, presenting twenty visual artists from across the U.S. and abroad, on view from October 7 - 16, 2016. The exhibition takes place in an historic barn and chapel on Kings Oaks Farm in Newtown, PA, where worn wooden and stone walls become backdrops for the artwork. The talent showcased by these twenty notable artists resembles a pirate's hoard, improbably gathered in one place. Art at Kings Oaks is a "What if" passion project lead by Bucks County painter Alex Cohen. Free admission.  Opening reception is Friday, October 7th 6-9pm, then the show will run on Oct. 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th from 10am-5pm Closing reception Sunday, October 16th 12-4pm.

 Canal-O-Ween, The Jack-O-Lantern Stroll™Imagine walking along the beautiful Delaware Canal through the historic borough of Yardley, PA on a crisp fall day around Halloween. As the sun sets in the salmon sky and the twilight settles in, hundreds of carved Jack-O-Lanterns flickering with warm light guide your way forward for over a quarter mile.  Newtown Theatre Screening Halloween Movies in OctoberThe non-profit Newtown Theatre will screen two kids’ Halloween movies at the end of October. Tickets are $5 for adults and $1 for children age 12 and under.
