“Everyone Needs A Place To Call Home” Art Opening

Twenty Five student artists age 9-17 will be featured in an art show to benefit Habitat for Humanity.  The week long art show titled “Everyone Needs A Place To Call Home” will kick off with an opening day reception Sunday June 3rd at Countryside Gallery in historic Newtown Bucks County.  The aspiring young artists have created colorful acrylic paintings of different types of homes around the world. Participating artists are Amelia Binkley, Bella Cacciatore, Allison Cirillo, Victoria Cirillo, Taylor Dahms, Amanda Gardner, Olivia Kelly, Addison Kohler, Emily LaPlante, Kate Logan, Jessica Martin, Nicole Mercora, Olivia Ralston, Nolan Riesenberger, Chris Riether, Violet Schroeher, Gabi & Caden Smith, Abby & Chase Steadman, Erin & Ian Stone, Katie Sukunda, Ella Walsh, and Anna Williamson.  The community is invited to view their paintings which will remain on display through the first week of June.  Admission is free, however donations to Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County in the amount of your choosing are be greatly appreciated.  Notecards featuring student artwork will be on sale while supplies last with 100% of proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity. The art gallery is located at 2 South State Street in Newtown.
