Help us plant trees! Bucks Beautiful is pleased to host our first fundraising event of the season, the 9th annual Spring Fling Gala to be held at the historic Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm on Friday, April 3rd, 2020 at 6 pm.“With the help of community partners, what started as a small backyard gathering has developed into a sellout evening event,” said Gary Mathern, Board President. Guests will dine in the ultimate of country elegance in the 19 th Century Stone Bank Barn, located at 5281 York Road in Holicong.

Thanks to the generosity of Bucks County businesses and local artisans, an impressive array of items will be offered for auction this year.  Emmy award winner Grover Silcox, host of PBS 39’s “Counter Culture” and comedian, will be the Master of Ceremonies. The enchanting evening will include cocktails, seated dinner, silent and live auctions, wine pull, and for the first time, live entertainment will be provided by the prestigious Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Doylestown, PA.

Proceeds will replenish funds needed for our tree planting initiative, RePlant Bucks.  Many areas in our county have been hit hard with thousands of trees cut down last year. Funds raised to date have allowed us to install over 1,500 indigenous trees at our parks, schools and conserved open spaces. However, the need for trees is great with requests from municipalities and community organizations growing weekly. Support from the community is imperative for us to continue the restoration of the tree canopy so that future generations will reap the benefits.

Please join us to RePlant Bucks!  Spring Fling tickets can be purchased online at or by phone at 215-340-3639. Please RSVP as soon as possible as seating is limited. To become a Spring Fling sponsor or donate an auction item contact
