Learn all about Yardley in one hour! We’ve created a new PowerPoint presentation filled with old and new photos that tell the story of Yardley. From the Lenape and William Penn to the most recent additions to town, you will find out about how Yardley developed and the people who did it. Ever defined and influenced by the Delaware River, Lake Afton, and the Delaware Canal, Yardley grew from a ferry landing to a small, business-focused village.
