2022 Master Gardener Plant Sale

The Penn State Master Gardeners of Bucks County hold their 20th Annual Plant Sale on Saturday, May 7, 2022, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at their new office location on the Middletown Grange Fairgrounds, 576 Penns Park Rd., Newtown, PA, rain or shine. The sale offers annuals, perennials, rare woodies, Master Gardener grown Over 50 Master Gardeners are available to answer questions and help with selection. Bring a wagon or cart. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted. For additional information call 267-483-2020. All proceeds benefit the educational outreach of the Penn State Master Gardener program and Penn State Master Watershed Steward program of Bucks County.

Love shopping a good yard sale? Join us for a BIG community yard sale benefiting Alex's Lemonade Stand! Come peruse tons of great items from dozens of sellers. We'll have amazing raffle baskets donated by local businesses, crafts for the kids, snacks, and of course the signature lemonade stand. The proceeds from this event will benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand, an organization driven to help cure childhood cancer and support and empower families. Date: May 7th, 2022 This event is outdoors. Spring Brewfest

Washington Crossing Spring Brewfest returns on Saturday, May 7 from 12:30 to 4:30 PM. The event features sampling of beers from local, regional, and national breweries as well as live music, mouthwatering food vendors, and a beautiful wooded setting overlooking the Delaware River (behind the Thompson-Neely House). To learn more about the event, please visit the Washington Crossing Brewfests website. Every dollar made through Spring Brewfest helps the non-profit Friends of Washington Crossing Park educate the public, promote the historic events that took place in Bucks County in 1776, and preserve the park’s colonial-era buildings and artifacts. All attendees must be 21+. Tickets are required. General Admission tickets include entrance to the event, unlimited beer samples, and a souvenir glass. A very limited number of Designated Driver tickets are also available.
