Snipes Farm Market is open to the public 9 am-1 pm on Saturdays from May to November at the Big Red Barn, and 3-7 pm on Thursdays at the CSA barn. 

Rain or shine!  Visit our animals and playground while you are here! Ask us about volunteer opportunities on weekdays and Saturday mornings.

The Fungus Among Us: Mushrooms 101, Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve

Course offers a brief dive into the complicated and wonderful world of mushrooms and fungi, with an emphasis on general and entry-level information, including such topics as mushroom morphology, fungal ecology, identification, edibility/toxicity, cultivation, and mycoremediation. 7th Annual Points of View, an Art Show and Sale

The 7TH Annual Points of View, an Art Show and Sale featuring five local artists, will once again be presented at the Saw Mill, part of the Prallsville Mill, located at 33 Risler Street in Stockton, NJ. The show will begin with an Opening Reception on Friday, October 22nd from 7 - 9 pm. The show continues Saturday, October 23rd, and Sunday October 24th, 12-5. Of course, all Covid precautions will be adhered to, and masks will be provided. Showcasing their work are Ilene Rubin, Jeanne Chesterton, Jim Bongartz, Armor Keller, and Nancy Shill. All art is for sale.

The Chilocco History Project – A Century of Stories from a Federal Native American Boarding School

Learn how alumni from the Chilocco Indian Agricultural School describe their experiences and how these experiences are being shared with K-12 students in Oklahoma.
The Trent House Association hosts a virtual talk on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern, describing a project collecting oral histories about a federal Native American boarding school in Oklahoma and developing curricula for teaching this often-forgotten history to elementary and upper-level school students.

This is a free program via Zoom.
