The wineries of the Bucks County Wine Trail will hold its annual Holiday Celebration on Dec. 7 and Dec. 8. Guests can experience the wineries decorated for the holidays while enjoying delicious spiced wine tastings, sampling Christmas cookies and artisanal cheeses and relaxing with the sounds of holiday music.

During the Holiday Celebration, visitors can also get a jump start on holiday shopping with special discount pricing, wine gift packs, gift baskets and unique wine accessories.

NBA Presents McCaffrey’s 2019 Newtown Holiday Parade!

You don’t want to miss this great community event!   The Newtown Business Association will present the 15th annual McCaffrey’s Newtown Holiday Parade on Sunday, December 8th  at 2:00 pm.  With an estimated 1,800 participants, this parade continues to provide a magical experience for the entire community and will include the Council Rock High School Marching bands, six Philadelphia’s Mummers Bands, horse drawn carriages, floats, antique cars, color guard, fire trucks with Santa and much, much more!

 The parade will begin on South State Street at the Stocking Works Building and continue north on State Street, turning left onto Washington Ave, then turning right onto Sycamore Street and coming to an end at the Durham Rd (just past the Green Parrot).

Voices in the Woods presents “Luminaria” as a free concert at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 10 Chapel Road, New Hope, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, December 8.
Voices in the Woods is a brand new professional chamber choir dedicated to providing an artistic voice for underrepresented composers. The members of Voices in the Woods are dedicated to bringing the highest quality of music while demonstrating the importance of equality and acceptance.
The concert is part of the Music at St. Philip’s 2019 series. All the concerts are scheduled for Sundays at 3 p.m. The concerts are open to the public, and admission is free though free will donations are accepted for the artists and the outreach of the church.
