3rd Annual Washington Crossing Fall Brewfest

Tickets are on sale for the 3rd annual Washington Crossing Fall Brewfest, being held this year on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. This event features ciders, sours and seasonal beers, along with food trucks and bonfires throughout the grounds.

During the event, attendees can sample a wide variety of ciders, pumpkin beers, harvest ales, and sour beers from dozens of regional and national breweries. Food trucks will provide savory and sweet bites to complement these seasonal brews, while bonfires throughout the grounds will reinforce the fall atmosphere. 

The Brewfest will be held in the upper part of the park (1638 River Road, New Hope, Pa.), behind the Thompson-Neely House and across the street from Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve. 

The Fall Brewfest is organized by the Friends of Washington Crossing Park.

Program:  The Sphinx that moved to Philadelphia

Presenter:  Stephen Phillips, Ph.D.

Program info: This lecture tells the history of the Penn Museum's sphinx - from its discovery in Egypt at Memphis in the early 20th century, its subsequent transport to Philadelphia, concluding with a behind the scenes look at the engineering and human effort involved in moving an object, both monumental and priceless, in today’s world.

Explore our corn maze by flashlight! This year's theme is "Wonderful Wetlands" - do activities and solve a puzzle related to glorious natural wetlands as you get lost in the corn maze! Make sure to bring your own flashlights!

6-10 pm with last group entering at 9 pm.
