carecrow Festival at Peddlers Village is a weekend of fall family fun including scarecrow-making workshops, pumpkin painting, live musical entertainment and children’s activities. Vote for your favorites in the Scarecrows in the Village display! 
The festival hours are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on both days. While you’re enjoying the festival, stroll around to see the Scarecrows in the Village, showcasing creative and colorful scarecrows designed by members of the public.The public is invited to vote for the winners for the first three weeks of the contest. McConkey’s Market is back for its sixth fall season. Area residents looking for one-of-a-kind artisan items for themselves or others can check out the market’s 90 vendors on Saturday, Sept. 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Washington Crossing Historic Park. McConkey’s Market attracts thousands of attendees to its eclectic mix of vendors who sell artisan crafts, up-cycled items, vintage goods, handmade jewelry, original art and photography, pottery, reclaimed furniture and collectibles. The market also features live music and several food vendors.

The Village Renaissance Faire is a recreation of a 12th through 16th century village named Penn's Park.

It is conveniently set on the beautiful, and generously donated, Middletown Grange Fairgrounds.

The Village consists of eleven stages and various sets: Merchant Squares, Living History Pavilions, Food Courts, Gaming area, Multi-cultural enclaves, Craft Corners, and Kid's Kingdom.

One weekend every year the fairgrounds are transformed into the ultimate family festival with stories, intrigues, history, crafts, varied entertainment, and interactive play. The Village has all the entertainment, crafts, food, and history befitting the interest and entertainment of everyone, from peasantry to nobility, youth to seniors.

The Village awakens each day at 11:00 am for visitors to wander about and become accustomed to the village layout before the grand procession and a full day's worth of activities.
