On May 30, SCORE Bucks County will offer a Practical Steps to Improve Profitability workshop aimed at helping businesses improve profitability, with focus on optimization of business and operations. Simple and practical analyses that are easy to implement will be reviewed, along with examples.

This seminar is ideal for existing businesses that are having profit difficulty, firms that are in survival mode and need improvement, and companies that want to optimize profitability. Early-stage companies should also attend the seminar to put in place analyses and processes that deter profitability issues in later stages of growth.

Attendees will learn:

·         The key drivers for profitability

·         How to define financial tracking and analysis to manage the business

·         The steps required for continuous profitability improvements
