A Free Concert presented by the Pennsbury Community Band on March 21 at Pennsbury High School East. "Pictures and Portraits" will feature works by Aaron Copland, Modest Mussorgsky, Robert Kurka, and Norman Dello Joio. Special Guest, PA State Senator Steve Santarsiero will narrate Copland's Lincoln Protrait. The Pennsbury Community Band is a volunteer ensemble of professional, semi-professional, amateur, and student musicians that performs high quality concert band literature with a mission to bring life long learning and music performance to the community.
