The days are getting longer, it won't be long before we are outside again in Buttonwood Park for the summer, but we still have Indoor Markets in March and April, the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 9 AM to 11:30 AM.   Great selection of vendors include local farmers with winter greens, fresh eggs, microgreens, basil, pastured beef, pork, farmstead cheeses and Alpaca products.  Plus artisan bakery, exotic mushrooms, chocolatier, fresh roasted coffee, prepared food vendors, local wines & natural body products, organic, gluten free & vegan options. New vendors join every week.

The Newtown Shamrock Shuffle 5K is a run through beautiful and Historic Newtown Borough that ends at the Green Parrot Irish Festival, where we invite you to keep the party going! With your registration you receive a long sleeve shirt, medal and an all-access wristband which allows you entry into the Green Parrot family-friendly Irish Festival. Your wristband is also good for 1 complementary beverage (this includes alcohol for those 21+), and continuous entry all night long!

 You're invited to attend a presentation titled After the Myers: African Americans in Levittown, Pennsylvania; the Civil Rights Movement-1966 presented by historian Ms. Amelia J. Wiggins in conjunction with the African American Historical and Cultural Society of Bucks County. Starting at 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library, 680 Radcliffe Street, Ms. Wiggins' lecture will touch on local African-American history as it pertains to Levittown, the Great Migration, workforce opportunities, veterans, civil rights, and the role of the NAACP organization; a Q & A session follows the lecture. St. Patrick’s Day Weekend at Crossing Vineyards

“St. Patrick’s Day Weekend,” March 16 and 17 from noon to 6 p.m. both days. During the celebration, guests can purchase a specialty pairing of a corned beef sandwich, Guinness potato chips and a Bailey’s Irish Cream chocolate truffle with a choice of either a glass of Chardonnay or craft beer. Price for the specialty pairing is $18 per person with advance online registration or $20 at the door. Wine by the glass, a selection of hard ciders, craft beers on tap and cheese boards will also be available for purchase. Guests can enjoy live music and a performance by Irish Step Dancers from the Fitzpatrick School of Irish Dance. There is no cover charge for this event.

Nathan turns to fellow gambler, Sky Masterson, for the dough, and Sky ends up chasing the straight-laced missionary, Sarah Brown, as a result. Guys and Dolls takes us from the heart of Times Square to the cafes of Havana, Cuba, and even into the sewers of New York City, but eventually everyone ends up right where they belong.
