1st Annual Walk for Mental Health

From  9 a.m. to noon, area residents will gather in Washington Crossing Historic Park for the Strength Over Stigma Walk and Talk – a first-year, grassroots event that will strengthen the support network for these individuals and reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. Following a 45-minute walk through the park, participants will enjoy refreshments and have the chance to talk. www.strengthoverstigma.com

Ballots are available in all shops, the Hospitality Center at the Cock 'n Bull, Giggleberry Fair, and the Buttonwood Grill.

Singer-Songwriter Cat London will perform at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church,10 Chapel Road, New Hope, PA on Sunday, October 14 at 3 pm. This concert is part of the Music at St. Philip’s 2018 series.
 
Cat London is a New Jersey based indie artist, backed by a four-piece dark pop influenced band. Her songwriting combines a tender portrayal of love with electrified indie pop grooves.The October 14 concert will feature London’s unique songwriting and performing of indie pop music.Upcoming performers in the Music at St. Philip’s 2018 season include cello and piano duo Noelle and Sebastian Grand, and cabaret artist Stearns Matthews.

All the concerts are scheduled for Sundays at 3 p.m. Admission is free and the concerts are open to the public. Donations for the performers and St. Philip’s will be gratefully accepted.
