In Person Shadow Day, Villa Victoria Academy

Thinking about making a change for this year or next year? Middle school and high school in-person classes are offered to those girls wanting to be a Villa girl for the day and learn more about our program. Shadow day spots are limited so register early. Visitors will spend the day with a Villa ambassador in the appropriate grade. Parents tours are also available that day at 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. Fashion Show, The Sisterhood of Congregations of Shaare Shamayim

The Sisterhood of Congregations of Shaare Shamayim, 8339 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027, will be hosting a fashion show on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Our presenter is Designs by Karen of Huntington Valley and our very own Sisterhood stars will be the models. We will be serving cocktails and a beautiful lunch. The cost for this lovely afternoon is $40.00 per person. Karen has also agreed to give us a 15% discount on her merchandise during the event. Stuart Eighth Grade Musical: Little Mermaid, Jr.

Journey "under the sea" with Ariel and her aquatic friends in Disney's The Little Mermaid JR., adapted from Disney's Broadway production and the motion picture (featuring the enormously popular Academy Award-winning music and delightfully charming book and lyrics). Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen's most beloved stories, Disney's The Little Mermaid JR. is an enchanting look at the sacrifices we all make for love and acceptance. Tickets are $12 and can be purchased online at stuartschool.org/boxoffice. Cash will not be accepted at the door.

Little Women, Zlock Performing Arts Center

A coming-of-age story by Louisa May Alcott that follows the four March sisters—Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy—as they transition from childhood to womanhood during the American Civil War. Set in a New England town, the story details their individual journeys to achieve their own versions of happiness, dealing with domestic struggles, romantic relationships, and personal growth, all while their father serves as an army chaplain. Key events include the sisters' relationships with their kind neighbor, Laurie, the tragic death of Beth from scarlet fever, and the eventual marriages of Meg to John Brooke, Amy to Laurie, and Jo to Professor Bhaer.
