Candle Quartz Sound Journey with Rainbows of Healing, 7-8:30pm
We are pleased to welcome back “Rainbows of Healing” for another very special event! Journey with the ancient energy of a unique Quartz variety!

Open and expand the Crown Chakra, our enlightenment center associated with divine wisdom, peace and unity consciousness. Journey with a beautiful, natural Candle Quartz – which is included in the registration!  We begin with teachings about the Crown Chakra and the very unique mineral Candle Quartz, followed by the guided journey full of beautiful and healing sounds all in the note of B, such as Crystal Singing bowls, Monochords, Gongs, Native Flutes, Bells, and much more. Please wear comfortable clothing. There will not be any yoga mats, blankets, or pillows available for use – so please bring what ever comforts for the floor you will need.  A journal notebook and a eye cover are encouraged.

Pre-registration required for this special event. Space is limited and this event is expected to sell out quick – don’t wait to register!

Cost: $15 per person in advance. $20 the week of the concert.

Bring a lawn chair. Wine, beer, Crossing “Crushies” and light bites available for purchase. No outside beverages are permitted (BYO food is allowed for the Wine and Music Series).

In the tradition of 42nd Street, Dames at Sea is a tap-happy stage musical that will lift your spirits! Ruby steps off a bus from Utah and into her first Broadway show, but hours before the opening night curtain is to rise, the cast learns their theater is being demolished.  So Ruby and the cast, with the help of some adoring sailors, come up with an ingenious plan to ensure that the show goes on! August 12 - September 11

Friday Night Jazz : The Hot Club of Philadelphia

The Newtown Theatre's monthly Friday Night Jazz series will welcome the Hot Club of Philadelphia on Friday, August 12 at 8 PM.

Formed in 2001, the Hot Club of Philadelphia plays music often referred to as gypsy jazz, which is based on the recordings of Belgian-born gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt and French violinist Stéphane Grappelli.
