This Week at the Market-
The long awaited heirloom tomatoes are here in abundance - also cherry, beefsteak and some plum tomatoes! Plus corn, green beans, tomatillos, cucumbers, summer squash,  a lot of eggplant (check recipe below), peppers, scallions, onions, garlic and abundant greens for salads. Peaches at Solebury Orchard and blackberries at Blooming Glen, so come to the market early because some things are in limited supply.

Milk House Farm Market has plenty of corn so make sure you pick up your share.
